Why opt for an online real estate management system?

3 Years ago, one of the most frequent questions we received from potential clients was why our MyProperty Solution was an online solution - it was hard to sell to estate agents at that time due to the concept being so new, a lack of understanding all the benefits and agents relying on traditional paper-based or installed software solutions. More about MyProperty's Tag Clouds

At Entegral we are constantly exploring new ideas in attracting visitors to our property portals and keeping them there by providing the fastest possible way of finding property. In order to claim our status as South Africa's fastest property portal, we are always analyzing visitor trends through a number of web analytical tools such as Google Analytics, and applying the knowledge we get from this to enhance the websites. We recently introduced 'Tag Clouds' ( on the MyProperty South Africa website), which is another term for a ' weighted list'. Areas with a high number of properties are highlighted in a larger font relative to other...

Many agents are still, and have in the past, reported how deals have been concluded from property listings loaded on a Sunday or early on a Monday morning with enquiries received soon after the properties became available on the Internet . This then also seems as the most critical time for estate agents to be available - both telephonic and electronically through email. Respond to enquiries as soon as you can and you may soon have some sealed deals. While South African ...
