Starter Theme

Our Starter theme no-frills, no-fuss cost-effective real estate website solution you have been looking for.

We have worked tirelessly to create a product that would offer real estate agents the perfect base to get started from in the digital landscape. Our new Starter theme boasts with all the basics you would need to get started and will be available as either the Normal Starter theme or as Basic Starter.

The Basic Starter theme will be offered to our current SEO website clients at a reduced rate.

  • Carries a yearly fee of R499 excl VAT, domain renewal included

The Normal Starter is ideal for single estate agents, agents working for a real estate business but want to have their own personal website or for smaller real estate shops.

  • Carries a yearly fee of R999 excl VAT, domain renewal included

Our Focus theme has been around for quite some time and served our clients well since its launch. However, to ensure we are able to deliver industry-leading websites consistently we overhauled the design completely while updating the elements that worked aesthetically well.

Property24 acquires Private Property, what do estate agents think?

Property24.com, South Africa’s largest property portal owned by Naspers, has bought rival Private Property . The deal is likely to come under the close scrutiny of competition authorities as it involves the two biggest property portals in the country. Due to the impact of such an acquisition on the industry, Entegral was interested to find out what the perceived advantages and disadvantages of such a deal would be, both through the eyes of the consumer and the estate agent.   Here are the results from around 250 responses received on a survey done over a 2 day period , mostly from agents and agency owners. Where home buyers found the home they purchased- 2001 vs. 2008   Have a look at the very interesting figures published for USA home buyers on: http://rismedia.com/2009-03-29/buyers-becoming-more-successful-finding-homes-through-internet/   The NAR statistics show that 7 years on from 2001, 32% of home buyers found their home through the internet. What’s even more interesting is that print newspaper hardly makes an impact, a mere 3% of buyers found their home through print.
