New Flex On Show email alerts

New automated listing On Show alerts are now available for newer generation Flex websites. Subscribers who signed up for your property alerts, will receive an automated email with properties on show on Fridays (if any matches are found).

 


To enable for your office, contact support@entegral.net. A once off setup fee of  R250 ex VAT is applicable while the feature will be included by default for new websites.

Property24 acquires Private Property, what do estate agents think?

Property24.com, South Africa’s largest property portal owned by Naspers, has bought rival Private Property . The deal is likely to come under the close scrutiny of competition authorities as it involves the two biggest property portals in the country. Due to the impact of such an acquisition on the industry, Entegral was interested to find out what the perceived advantages and disadvantages of such a deal would be, both through the eyes of the consumer and the estate agent.   Here are the results from around 250 responses received on a survey done over a 2 day period , mostly from agents and agency owners. For clients using the Sync listing syndication API , you can now add a parking description on Property24 listings for covered and open parking bays as follows: https://sync2.docs.apiary.io/#reference/listings/listing-collection/create-or-update-listing propertyFeatures field: include a 'Covered Parking' or 'Open Parking' feature as part of your comma separated list of features.  The feature is also available to OMS and Base clients.
