Introducing Flex Property Alerts

We are getting ready to launch our brand new Flex real estate website platform.

We’ve already shown you how it seamlessly works on any device, and how it simplifies property search.

Today we preview Flex Property Alerts.

It allows visitors to your website to sign up for email alerts as soon as new properties are listed. This functionality is already available to our clients, but we’ve upped the game and made it more advanced, and more integrated. Simply put, you won’t find a more intelligent property email alert service out there for your website. Here we preview some of the launch features, with some more really amazing stuff currently in development.

What we’ve done is integrated alerts throughout your Flex real estate website. For example, in the search results as can be seen here:

The system will take the visitor’s current search info, and create a property alert for that.

Flex property email alerts is also available from your menu and other places, and configuring property alerts will be a breeze for visitors. You can select multiple areas & types and set how often you want to get alerted (daily, weekly or asap):

Another integration is into property enquiries, where visitors can simply click a box to get alerted on similar properties. We apply their current area, similar property types and price range automatically. You don’t want to send a R500k home to a potential buyer looking for a R5m home in the same area.

Once subscribed, visitors will get a branded email from your office and can unsubscribe at any stage. There is no limit on the number of subscribers you have and it is offered at a fraction of the cost other service providers would typically charge you.

Best of all, Flex property alerts can be accessed and configured on any device: laptop, pc, tablet and phone.

Flex is your 24/7 marketing machine, and aims to provide you with more leads than ever before.

Flex real estate websites will launch soon and can be ordered in July 2014. If you can’t wait, drop us an email at support@entegral.net to reserve an upgrade for your current website.
