Although Steyn Realty has only recently opened its doors, the dynamic duo behind the brand, Marnus and Juanita Steyn, are no strangers to the industry and are well-known faces in the Westrand and property market.

To ensure their new website reflected the experience they brought to the plate, they opted for an Elegant themed Flex responsive website. Now visitors searching for properties in suburbs of the Westrand, as well as Roodepoort and Krugersdorp will be able to do a quick search whether it is from a laptop, tablet or smartphone.

Apart from the new Flex website, Steyn Realty also requested a new logo design, and this was all done in-house at Entegral Technologies. From concept to final product our team ensured that the logo would reflect the company’s aesthetic while being readily identifiable.

The approved logo was incorporated into the design of the website, ensuring that their website reflects their brand identity throughout.

Property24 acquires Private Property, what do estate agents think?

Property24.com, South Africa’s largest property portal owned by Naspers, has bought rival Private Property . The deal is likely to come under the close scrutiny of competition authorities as it involves the two biggest property portals in the country. Due to the impact of such an acquisition on the industry, Entegral was interested to find out what the perceived advantages and disadvantages of such a deal would be, both through the eyes of the consumer and the estate agent.   Here are the results from around 250 responses received on a survey done over a 2 day period , mostly from agents and agency owners.
