Entegral acquires South Africa’s most sought after SEO property domain name – launches 1st phase website
We are very pleased to announce that Entegral has acquired South Africa's most sought after property domain: www.property.co.za
Search engines like Google put a lot of weight on domain names for ranking results, and property.co.za is therefore perfect for scoring high search rankings.
Although the property.co.za domain is currently raked in the 15th position on Google for the search done on the keyword: “property”, Entegral aims to get the website amongst the top 10 ranking positions soon.
Entegral also controls other high ranking portals, most notibly MyProperty and the aim is to get both MyProperty.co.za and Property.co.za as top ranked property portals.
“This domain will be in favour of all of Entegral’s clients”, says Adriaan Grové, of Entegral Technologies. Entegral also controls South Africa's other top real estate domain, www.realestate.co.za which is due for a major upgrade this year.
Due to the high cost of the acquisition, www.property.co.za will later be positioned as a paid portal but promises to deliver high quality leads and a unique and fast Google-like property search experience for visitors. An agent directory will later assist South African estate agents to promote their websites and SEO rankings.
Entegral has already launched a first phase of the new portal which includes the latest property listings from clients advertising through Entegral’s listing system and GRID syndication interfaces.
Google-like property search is here
Our first phase of www.property.co.za is up and runs on Entegral’s unique iSearch (short for Intelligent Search) functionality that allows natural language searches for property. For example, entering ‘Cape town for sale with 4 beds and 3 baths under R3m’ will quickly search for all properties matching that criteria.
Some more exciting news are to be announced by Entegral in the next few weeks which will give you even more exposure for your property listings. Grové encourages to keep an eye on their blog, Facebook page and Tweets.
