Entegral Templates growing more popular amongst estate agencies.

Over the past two weeks we have had numerous enquiries from estate agencies interested in websites for their real estate businesses.  Entegral has various website options for estate agencies to choose from but it is apparent that the template website option seems to do the trick especially among new companies only starting out their business.

Our templates contain all of the features necessary for you to have a complete and informative real estate website, although we add the “voetstoots” tag to the templates there are still a lot of features that we can edit to make this template website your own.

Take a look at the templates that we’ve recently launched.  They’re easy to setup and very cost effective.  The layout of these sites are all the same but it is still very much unique to each individual estate agency’s corporate branding.  The websites include a search functionality which automatically updates as you upload listings in your area.  On Show, Bond Repayment Calculators, News, Contact Us Page, social media integration to your social channels all form part of this template site offering.

The template used for the above websites is the most popular one amongst agents but we do have 3 various templates to choose from.

Costs for our templates are R2990 inc VAT once off and carries a hosting fee of R199 per month.  The website is plugged in to our property management system called the OMS (carries a monthly license fee) and gives you total control over the management of your dynamic content on your website.  For more information on our website offerings, visit our website @ www.entegral.net or send us a mail at support@entegral.net
