New hours for telephonic support

New telephonic support hours: 8am - 4pm


Our new telephonic support hours are now one hour earlier, 8am to 4pm daily weekday, effective from 1 April 2014. The new telephonic support hours will assist our team in wrapping up urgent outstanding issues till close of business.

For the quickest support, email us on support@entegral.net - our support ticket system will then allocate it to the correct person, we are able to track your ticket with detailed information and provide timely feedback (usually on the same day).

Entegral provides free telephonic and email support to clients making use of our products & services including OMS and real estate websites.
