Still using the OMS? It is time to upgrade to Base



Our long-serving OMS system was one of the first of its kind online management systems and has served South African and Namibian real estate agents well for more than 15 years since its launch in 2005. Technology has however moved on, and we need to say goodbye.


In 2018, we launched the next generation OMS in the form of our Base  CRM which not only offers everything an agent needs to run their office wherever they are, it is also a responsive design which means you are no longer bound to a desktop or laptop as it will work seamlessly from your phone or tablet.

We have had a great response to Base, with many agents making the switch and if you haven't done so, now is the time to take a step into the future of real estate management tools. 

Support on the OMS won't end abruptly, as we will continue to give support until the end of July 2022. Over the next 12 months, we we need to move any remaining OMS clients over to Base, so it's best not to leave your move until the last minute. 

Included in the switchover to Base, we will need to upgrade your current Flex website to the latest generation Flex websites.  This will ensure a seamless experience, and will take advantage of an array of new cutting edge features, including 100% uptime, and more customisation options.

Property24 acquires Private Property, what do estate agents think?

Property24.com, South Africa’s largest property portal owned by Naspers, has bought rival Private Property . The deal is likely to come under the close scrutiny of competition authorities as it involves the two biggest property portals in the country. Due to the impact of such an acquisition on the industry, Entegral was interested to find out what the perceived advantages and disadvantages of such a deal would be, both through the eyes of the consumer and the estate agent.   Here are the results from around 250 responses received on a survey done over a 2 day period , mostly from agents and agency owners. Listing view insights comes to Base

Entegral clients can now get early access to our new Base listing view stats functionality. It consolidates listing views per day per portal on all your mandates. There is also a rollup feature for the office to track overall views across all listings on participating portals. Once activated, we will start tracking listing views on all your mandates and keep a permanent history of views on all active and inactive listings.
