Here is how the Entegral platform covers you with the new South African Property Practitioners Act
As of 1 February 2022, the new Property Practitioners Act (PPA) of South Africa will officially commence. Here is how the Entegral platform helps your estate agency comply.
Of particular importance is the requirement to keep any mandate, sale, and marketing documents for a minimum of 5 years within the agency:
Base real estate CRM system provides unlimited file storage for your office, both on individual mandates, so you can store the mandate agreement, offer to purchase, and other files, and on your office document library which is perfect to store all general marketing material. With a massive 200MB/file limit you can upload super large files too.
Since there is no need to delete any listings from Base, any expired, sold or other inactive listings will also be saved, together with all documents saved on them.
Stored an unlimited number of files with Base and access them from anywhere
Save all mandate related documents securely on every listing
The listing mandate and contacts calendar allow you to save any files on listings
or contacts via date entry. Great for inspections or any other time-sensitive entries.
With our 25GB mailboxes and optional archiving all emails can be stored securely. If you set up your email as IMAP, a copy is kept on our mail servers. Should anything for instance happen to your PC, you would simply need to set up your account again and it would re-sync.
Websites & portals
A code of conduct is also required for Property Practitioners, this can be provided in PDF format to our team and included in your website footer, together with the required "Registered with the PPRA". Brochures can also be adjusted to meet your specific requirements while the Base default brochures will be updated for compliance. Your Flex real estate website is also POPIA compliant enabled and can be configured to meet your exact requirements.
Job titles can easily be edited in Base and will pull through to portals that support it, e.g. Property24 example below:
While your Flex website will also reflect the title:
