A new OMS performance report is now available for multi-office groups. It provides a breakdown of then number of people per role in each office, gender breakdown and number of active for sale and rental listings. As with the other performance reports, you can sort columns, filter and export data. To access the report, log in to the OMS, and go to Reports / Performance, select Ágent roles per office breakdown'.

We've added a 'All listing breakdown by office (My Group)' performance report for franchise groups. This compliments the existing list of performance reports available to agents, offices and franchise groups. It provides a breakdown of mandate stats per office, so you can easily monitor for instance, the number of sole mandates per office and average listing commissions. You can use the filter to narrow your selection or expert to CSV/Excel.

The OMS property listing dashboard now features several improvements including: All portals are now displayed with their individual statuses; If a property status is 'error' you can hover your mouse over the error text to get the error message without having to open the listing; Portals where you don't interface to are hidden; New green (active) and orange (processing) indicators; New 'Show Days' column indicating the number of show days (historic + future) for the particular property;

The OMS  Hotsheet and Expired Stock reports now features a custom date filter. This allows you to filter for listings where the mandate date starts or expires between 2 custom dates. We've also corrected some logic on the hotsheet report to work on the mandate start date and not the date the mandate was modified (which could be different if the user chooses a historic of future mandate start date).

The OMS provides a range of standard property brochures and stock reports. These PDF brochures can be generated at the click of a button. We furthermore provide custom brochure design, starting at R1999 ex VAT. Here is a sample of one we've done. These are then added to your OMS account and can be accessed like the standard brochures.

We have corrected a bug in the OMS PI Reports suburb report where the Age of Residence graph didn’t display correctly.

NEW FILTER You can now filter for properties listed in the last 24 hours in the OMS property quick search:   MICROSOFT EGDE BROWSER The OMS was tested on Microsoft’s new Windows 10 browser, called Edge . We can confirm that Microsoft’s new browser is a great improvement over the old Internet Explorer. Response times are great and very similar tot Google Chrome , and works fine with all OMS functions.

There is now a new A3 landscape property brochure available in the OMS standard brochures: It displays 4 large photos with the property description & features on the right: To print PDF brochures open up a property listing, navigate to reports and select your standard or custom brochure (if we’ve developed it for your office).

A new property audit trail report is now available for all property listings. Simply open a property and click on reports, you will see a new ‘property audit trail’ link: This will open up an audit trail for the property, indicating the action, date and the user who performed the action. The system will record mandate price and status changes from today onwards and will be expanded with time to record more critical user actions on listings. The stock reports have been modified to sort the ‘group by’ you select (agent, suburb, town, etc) alphabetically. In the example below we’ve chosen the 1-liner stock report, selected suburb grouping and sorting by property reference: The A4 Standard Residential 4 photo brochure has been updated to eliminate a comma appearing before the levy when the rates and taxes are not entered/available:

The Audit Trail report in the OMS allows you to see and filter on user actions performed on your account. We have increased the maximum age filter from 1 year to 2 years. This allows you to go back an filter on user actions for the previous 2 years. Like before you can filter on agents, group and filter data. Organisation users have access to filter on group-wide audit trail data.

We have updated the listing stock hotsheet report and quick search page (listed in the last 7/30 days) in the OMS. The OMS previously used the listing date to filter properties for latest properties on these reports. Unfortunately, when you had a future dated listing (e.g. mandate only starting in a few days time) it didn’t show up on these reports. We’ve corrected it to now use the date the actual listing was captured , so will now reflect any future dated for sale and rental mandates correctly. You can now use the property advanced search page to export your filtered results to two listing stock reports in addition to the Excel, Word and CSV options available: - PDF Stock Report – one liner - PDF Stock Report – with photos These are the same stock reports available from your Reports / Stock reports page. Filter areas, property types, statuses, price ranges, beds, baths etc and export the properties by selecting the ‘select to export’ option after you’ve done the search.

The OMS features integrated Property Intelligence Reports for South African estate agents. The reports are based on Lightstone data and is available within the OMS. Administrator can configure which agents can draw reports and even how many per month. Reports are branded with your company logo and can be downloaded in PDF format. Almost 3 and a half years ago we introduced property listing QR codes in the OMS . You can still generate these, and we are glad to say, it still works with the latest Flex responsive real estate websites . To generate a QR code simply open the OMS property listing and go to reports / QR code. From there you save the QR code and place it anywhere on printed media including your show boards. Many of our clients have tried the QR codes through the years with mixed response depending on the particular application (print ad, show board, business card etc).  Your tech savvy clients will enjoy this but be careful to place the correct QR code with the correct property and not to mix them up!  (Otherwise people will scan the QR code and open the wrong property listing). You can now place optional custom banner text on brochures in the OMS. Simply enter some short custom text e.g. Sold by us! or Price Reduced into the text box and it will be placed on your selected brochure. The functionality can also be implemented on custom brochures (if you have any), please contact our helpdesk for a quote. On standard brochures this will be placed over photos as per examples below: On custom brochures the banner can be placed over photos or anywhere else, including a custom background colour: The OMS allows you to print property brochures at the click of your mouse. Simply open a property listing, go to the reports tab and select your brochure. You can override the agent to display on the brochure and whether you want to disclose the address. Standard brochures not working for you? Custom brochures can be designed (you can give us a short brief or design) from R1200 once off.

Bug removed We removed a bug on brochures & reports that results in an error message on the PDF reports.   New standard commercial property brochure A new A4 commercial property brochure is now available on property listings, reports: The brochure includes commercial fields entered on your property listing:   Residential 4 photo, 1 large updated Costs are now included at the bottom of the standard residential 4 photo, 1 large brochure. This will automatically insert tax and levy costs if supplied on the property listing (for sale listings only).

The OMS property brochures now supports the local currency of the property listing. Based on the country where the property is located, the correct currency will be displayed in front of the price. The OMS provides several template property brochures for users that can be downloaded in optimized PDF format. Custom brochures can also be developed for a once-off fee to reflect the unique brand of your agency or franchise group.
