Revolutionizing property search

Why do all property search portals work more or less the same? Isn't there an easier way to search for property? Why is there a single minded approach in finding property? Is the way search currently work best for both the consumer and agent in maximizing the selection criteria in finding a property?

We are constantly asking this question. And every now and then we are addressing it and introducing innovative new ways to find property.  We introduce it on our main property portal MyProperty.co.za, and the functionality then finds its way to our client websites after thorough testing & tweaking.

INNOVATION

MyProperty was first with its radius searches,  we introduced POI searches and a world first comparative driving time search. This year we celebrated 1 year in the cloud and back in June 2010 was first to launch with Google Streetview for a property portal in Africa. Soon after we launched another first, integrated driving directions to properties.

Along the way we are making sure that the quality of property listings are top-notch for consumers. This includes unique features such as photo quality checking, letting agents load an unlimited number of photos on properties and serving bigger photos than our competitors.

REVOLUTIONIZING PROPERTY SEARCH

We constantly prototype new functionality and we are looking to introduce another industry (and from what we can see world) first for property search. It promises to make search a lot faster & easier and we think it will assist you in discovering & research new areas easier. Watch out for this ground breaking new functionality to be launched in the next few months.

We always receive valuable feedback from clients and the public - if you have any great suggestions, let us know, email us at suggestions@entegral.net, post here on our blog or on our Facebook page.
