ImmoAfrika.de: New portal added to listing syndication service.

Estate agents listing their property listings on Entegral's Office Management System will now enjoy even more exposure for their stock on a brand new portal, ImmoAfrika.de


This newly launched website is the German translated version of www.immoafrica.net and is targeted towards foreign investors, second-home buyers and holiday makers in key European markets.  All listings posted on ImmoAfrika.de is automatically translated (except for property description added by agent)  and published in the German language although leads from this site will still be sent to agents in English. 

ImmoAfrika.net has a comprehensive resources section at their disposal containing valuable and relevant news, tips and advice to foreign buyers and sellers.  According to Josh Eberle, Managing Director of ImmoAfrica, plans are set to expand this portal to even more European markets (Austria & Switzerland) from May 2015 and also mentions upcoming partnerships with market leading property -and travel portals in Europe that will bring local agencies more exposure in the near future. 

One of Entegral's main goals is to provide a service to estate agents whereby they will get maximum exposure for their listings and receive quality leads on a regular basis from buyers.  By teaming up with portals generating large amounts of traffic we can achieve just that.  Entegral automatically feeds listings captured on the OMS to a variety of portals such as www.myproperty.co.za, www.iolproperty.co.za, www.immoafrica.net, www.olx.co.za, www.pricecheck.co.za, www.bidorbuy.co.za and more. 


Advertising on these portals carries no additional fee and is included in the monthly OMS license fee. 

In addition to the above mentioned portals that estate agents can advertise property on via the OMS, optional portals to which data can be fed to are also available.  Estate agents can choose to feed to either Private Property or Property24 at an additional monthly fee. 

By capturing your property listings once and feeding them via our listing syndication service, you'll save valuable time and have your stock advertised to the largest and most relevant audience possible all at once.

Property24 acquires Private Property, what do estate agents think?

Property24.com, South Africa’s largest property portal owned by Naspers, has bought rival Private Property . The deal is likely to come under the close scrutiny of competition authorities as it involves the two biggest property portals in the country. Due to the impact of such an acquisition on the industry, Entegral was interested to find out what the perceived advantages and disadvantages of such a deal would be, both through the eyes of the consumer and the estate agent.   Here are the results from around 250 responses received on a survey done over a 2 day period , mostly from agents and agency owners. US trends show more buyers come from internet, less from print

What’s even more interesting is that print newspaper hardly makes an impact, a mere 3% of buyers found their home through print.
