We're happy to announce to all our clients, as well as Cyber Agent clients, that a new partnership between Entegral Technologies and Cyber Agent has been established. What does this partnership entail? For Entegral Technologies clients: Entegral clients listing on the Office Management System, or feeding data to us via our Syndication services , will be able to add an additional marketing platform, www.tivvit.com, to their online advertising list. This service forms part of our paid portal service, which means that you will have to sign a contract with Cyber Agent and paying them a monthly advertising fee.  A monthly support fee will apply, depending on the number of listings that you feed and will be payable to Entegral Technologies. A once off setup fee of R249 excl VAT will also be applicable. Hozi Homes has always formed part of our free portal partners that we feed property data to for advertising on behalf of our real estate clients.   During the month of March 2017, they confirmed that this portal will no longer offer free advertising.  All current clients already advertising stock on Hozi Homes will still enjoy the benefit of free advertising for the time being but, unfortunately, new sign on's will be approached by their sales team and offered either a 6 or 12-month contract deal to advertise on this portal.  This will apply to clients either listing through the OMS or making use of the Sync Syndication service. Clients already advertising on Hozi Homes will also be approached in due time and given the option to continue advertising on this portal at a fee or to cancel their current feed from Entegral Technologies' Sync service . Estate agents listing their property listings on Entegral's Office Management System will now enjoy even more exposure for their stock on a brand new portal, ImmoAfrika.de www.immoafrika.de This newly launched website is the German translated version of www.immoafrica.net and is targeted towards foreign investors, second-home buyers and holiday makers in key European markets.  All listings posted on ImmoAfrika.de is automatically translated (except for property description added by agent)  and published in the German language although leads from this site will still be sent to agents in English.  ImmoAfrika.net has a comprehensive resources section at their disposal containing valuable and relevant news, tips and advice to foreign buyers and sellers.  According to Josh Eberle, Managing Director of ImmoAfrica, plans are set to expand this portal to even more European markets (Austria & Switzerland) from May 2015 and also mentions upcoming part...
