You can now order your Matterport 3D tour online

There is no denying that Matterport 3D tours can be your secret weapon in winning new exclusive mandates, save everyone on travelling time and enhance your listing presentation to attract more leads.
Matterport 3D tours can simply be added via a link in Base, OMS or Sync. Our systems will integrate your tour into your Flex website, and automatically send it to supporting portals like MyProperty South Africa, MyProperty Namibia and Property24.

We have now teamed up with select virtual tour providers to offer exclusive Matterport 3D packages for our clients in Gauteng and the Western Cape (Blouberg to Hermanus area) with other regions to follow once there is enough interest and we've sorted out the logistics. You can now order your virtual tour online

Simply login to Base or the OMS, and on your listing click on MyProperty's promote button. You can simply open your property on MyProperty South Africa page too if you have an external feed via Sync. If this is done on a new mandate not in the system, simply click on any existing listing, there will be an option to override the address.



From here you can review the areas we support, packages offered and click on the order button to pay online. We are launching with an incredible R800 virtual tour package which offers a Matterport 3D tour plus a R250 MyProperty Social Media promotion. Tours are limited for homes up to 1000m², contact us for pricing on larger homes.

Property24 acquires Private Property, what do estate agents think?

Property24.com, South Africa’s largest property portal owned by Naspers, has bought rival Private Property . The deal is likely to come under the close scrutiny of competition authorities as it involves the two biggest property portals in the country. Due to the impact of such an acquisition on the industry, Entegral was interested to find out what the perceived advantages and disadvantages of such a deal would be, both through the eyes of the consumer and the estate agent.   Here are the results from around 250 responses received on a survey done over a 2 day period , mostly from agents and agency owners. What’s even more interesting is that print newspaper hardly makes an impact, a mere 3% of buyers found their home through print.
