A garden field is now available that will update to selected portals that support it, including MyProperty, Property24 and Private property . The garden feature is a searchable feature on Property24 so you can enhance your listing exposure by making sure you select it on listings where applicable. We have enabled a 'furnished' field that will pull through to relevant portals that support it, including Property24 and Private Property. This is how you can select it in the various systems: OMS Your office administrator need to go to settings, parameters. Choose 'Office:Property features list, residential' and add 'Furnished' (case sensitive). Press save. (If you have multiple fields, separate the with commas, e.g.: furnished,ocean view,mountain view,walking distance to beach,alarm,electric fence,borehole,3-phase power) You can also contact the Entegral Helpdesk to enable for you Going into a listing you will notice the Furnished field you can select to show a property is furnished: Base The field is already in Base under features, just select furnished . If you use the OMS, Base or Sync products, and select the property as a new development , we will default to display a 'no transfer duty' banner on your Property24 listings as illustrated below: Please open and update those listings for the change to take effect on your Property24 listing.

If you are using the OMS API interface with external systems, please ask your developers to update to the new endpoint url as per documentation  https://omsflow.docs.apiary.io The old endpoint https://api.oms.mobi/v1/ is discontinued and new new endpoint  https://omsapi.entegral.net/v1/ should be used. We have enabled a new Sync listing syndication portal for all our South African real estate users: www.qwengo.co.za Entegral offers an initial, exclusive interface to the new portal and listings have already been integrated. The portal is free and currently updates listings from the OMS every hour. If you are using our Sync API http://www.entegral.net/sync/api from your own management system, the new portal can simply be enabled by passing qwengo in the portallistingobject .

An update has been made for the  OMS API ,  version 1.10. It is documented in our  OMS API documentation . The OMS have been accepting the capturing of agent PrivySeal information for a while now, which is displayed on your Flex powered real estate website, as well as MyProperty. Now, these details are also displayed on your Private Property profile. Once your PrivySeal information has been captured on the OMS it will be sent to Private Property. Here is how you can capture the information in the OMS: To add PrivySeal to your profile first get your PrivySeal link, e.g.: https://www.privyseal.com/za/john-doe/eaab-estate-agent/1c. Go to your OMS profile. Select PrivySeal from your online profiles, and paste the link in. Now click on 'update'. Your username will be extracted. You can test your PrivySeal link by clicking on the 'test' link. If all is OK press save. With this new update OMS and Sync clients will be able to send the first 30 listing photos as well as their PrivySeal details to Private Property.

The OMS now supports a gross price per square meter indicator for commercial property rentals. This is pulled through to selected portals including Property24. 1. We've released OMS Integrations this month , allowing automated integrations with 3rd party apps with the OMS. TPN Rentbay, Showday and Trovit was introduced with the initial release, allowing you to integrate your listings with these portals and apps for free if you use the OMS. Now we have two more integrations available: If you have an  OMS account , This allows you to integrate your OMS listings with the international Mitula search portal. When visitors click on the properties they are routed to your property listing on MyProperty South Africa . Various web applications or service providers can use RSS feeds to integrate external data into their systems. We have developed a Custom RSS Feed service  that allows you to setup a custom RSS feed based on location, agent, price range, minimum photos and property type. Sometimes you get that one listing where loading 20 photos is just not enough to tell the full story of the property. Because we'd like to help our clients create high quality listings we've increased the number of images that can be sent to partner portals Property24 and Private Property.  Estate agents will now be able to send their first 30 photos uploaded on to the OMS to the above mentioned portals.  For ImmoAfrica, you will now be able to send up to 20 photos per listing. An unlimited number of property photos can be uploaded per listing on the OMS and all images will display on your Flex Real estate website and MyProperty South Africa or MyProperty Namibia . Should you have any property listing with more than 30 images listed on the OMS and you would like to send these images to our partner portals , simply open the property listing in the OMS and resend the listing to the selected portals at the Marketing and Content section in the OMS . We're happy to announce that our Namibian clients making use of our Office Management System will now also be able to feed their property listings not only to MyProperty Namibia but also to Property24 Namibia. Follow these steps if you are interested in advertising on Property24 from the OMS system:  Send our support team (support@entegral.net) an email requesting the activation of the Property24 feed for Namibia.  We'll then get in contact with Property24 Namibia on your behalf to do the necessary setup.  Once activated on Entegral's side, simply tick the "Property24" tick box when listing a property.  Your listing should display on the Property24 portal within one hour's time or less.  Tick the Property24 tick box to send your Namibia listings to Property24 Namibia. A brand new Zoopla property syndication interface was launched that allows you to market your property listings to an international audience. We have now enabled functionality to allow activation of individual users to select property listings for Zoopla. You can also set listing limits. On property listings, users will see how many listings they can still activate for Zoopla: The admin section allows easy customization of individual user access levels and now includes the Zoopla options: for more info visit our Zoopla help section .

The OMS property listing dashboard now features several improvements including: All portals are now displayed with their individual statuses; If a property status is 'error' you can hover your mouse over the error text to get the error message without having to open the listing; Portals where you don't interface to are hidden; New green (active) and orange (processing) indicators; New 'Show Days' column indicating the number of show days (historic + future) for the particular property;

All portals are now selectable in the OMS Property Online Marketing section, allowing you to select where properties are exported to for each portal. Previously MyProperty, ImmoAfrica, PriceCheck, PropertyJunction and BidOrBuy was not selectable and exported by default. You can now select/deselect any of the portals. Note that depending on your office settings, you may not be able to deselect certain portals if your office administrator has disabled this. The ability to default certain portals to selected and enable selection for users can be set by the office for that whole office.

We have received notice from uPrice.co.za that the portal will be discontinued on 30 November 2015: This notice is to inform you that we have taken the decision to discontinue our price comparison business ( uPrice.co.za ) in order to focus on our core eCommerce business at uAfrica.com. uPrice.co.za will be switched off on Monday, 30 November 2015. The listing interface in the OMS for uPrice has been de-activated. Please keep an eye on our blog for new portal partner announcements.

The OMS now supports larger format photos to the Property24.co.za portal. New property photos uploaded will be sent through in a large (1024x768px) format. (Old listings captured before today will be kept as is).

1) Property photo descriptions are now pulling through to Property24: 2) The OMS now supports a longer postal and physical address details under office setup. 3) The OMS Login now defaults to a secure HTTPS encrypted connection. 4) External virtual tour links inserted on property details will now appear as a virtual tour tab on your Flex office or agent theme website. Simply use ‘virtual tour’ in the description and the tab with link will automatically be created on your Flex website.

With the new Property24 and Private Property interfaces in place (and other to follow soon) your listings will now appear faster on these websites.

A brand new Private Property interface is now live and is complemented with a cleanup and tweaks on the online marketing section of the OMS property details: Updates to Private Property is now smoother & faster - you can expect listings to update in under 5 min. Error reporting is also better and offices or groups can now choose whether they want the Private Property portals including FNB and Nedbank mandates to be user selectable or to be checked by default. The new interface will now also scale better under increased load, has better failover protection and was designed from the ground up to run more cost effective on our real estate cloud infrastructure . Over the next few days we will make tweaks to the interface and also monitor it closely for any problems.
