Entegral clients can now get early access to our new Base listing view stats functionality. It consolidates listing views per day per portal on all your mandates. There is also a rollup feature for the office to track overall views across all listings on participating portals. Once activated, we will start tracking listing views on all your mandates and keep a permanent history of views on all active and inactive listings. A new one liner listing stock report is now available in Base. You can choose between a residential and generic type and apply filters as with other reports: We've also tweaked some of the existing report names for consistency.  Require a more specific or different layout? Base allows for the development of custom reports . Base CRM provides full listing, contact and document management for residential, commercial and agricultural real estate professionals.

A new Mandate Summary report is now available in Base under listings / reports. The report is in beta, so tweaks will be added based on your feedback (click on the link in the report to capture your suggestions). The report provides a breakdown of mandate status and type for suburbs you operate in as well as a further breakdown of mandates per agent. Graphs further highlight key metrics e.g. a breakdown of mandate type and volume per suburb. The report works on filters so you can easily narrow down the report view to for instance filter for all listing mandates for a particular month and get an overview of where you gained listings, the volume and mandate types. We hope the report gives more insight into your real estate office's data and we welcome you to make suggestions for similiar reports to be built in future. Customised listing reports for your agency While you can already get our team to build customised property listing brochures for you in Base , we've extended the functionality to build customised reports based on your specifications. This gives freedom to have printable reports in a specific layout, showing different fields including calculations and make it available to all your agents. Listing reports are available under listings / reports, and once we've integrated your custom report, it will be available here for your users. The custom reports makes use of the same filter features you currently have available and the report itself can display most of the key fields you have on the property details. Listing data can be grouped, summarised and formatted in various ways in the report and also shown in reports as we've done with the Mandate Summary report . A new listing report filter is now available to all users in Base . Go to listings / reports: Click on the report filter (A) and add your filter criteria, then press apply (B). Choose the 1st report (C) listings based on filter criteria. Your report will be displayed and provide you with the option to adjust your filter criteria or export to formats like PDF. We've also tweaked the listing reports including showing the mandate status below the sale type, adjusting the floor and land size fields a,d highlighting the property type in bold. Mandate filters are now also available on the listings dashboard.

Base users can now send and receive SMS messages to clients with the new 2-way SMS feature. Simply open a contact and you will see a new MESSAGE tab on the right. Click on new SMS to create a new message to a client (limited to 160 characters). Be sure to include your name and/or office details to sign off messages: When a client replies, the message is added to the message thread of the contact. A notification is also sent to your dashboard an inbox (shown below). From here you can open the message to reply should you want to: To purchase credits for SMS simply click on the purchase link on a new message which will take you to the following screen. When you purchase credits via credit card, it is instantly applied to your account. You can also go to your profile / integrations and purchase credits there. Improved listing page layout You now have quicker access to different views of the listings landing page with quick links on the left, including a new report section that hosts the listing reports: New active listing reports We've integrated a brand new report engine and will introduce various new listing and management reports in Base.  Available today is 3 active listings reports (all, expiring soon and just listed) that include thumbnails of your listings. Simply click on a report to view and optionally download to PDF. It supports multiple listing agents while mandate statuses are colour coded. We will make some report sections interactive. On the active listings report you can for instance click on the listing ref # to open the listing in Base, or click on the address to open the Google Maps location.
