Find a agent: Looks up a user in Base using their unique ID and returns key fields which you can process and use in external apps. 2. Our Base API provides an interface to connect your Base listing and contact data with external systems, like Wordpress . This is perfect for when you need access to all your listing or contact data to synchronise with external systems. You can configure multiple keys and have full control over who has access to your data. Base also offers the Zapier connection that allows you to connect your real estate data with thousands of popular apps . This is perfect to create event driven workflows that triggers when you do something in Base or your external app.  New restricted public listing profile We've updated the Base API configuration to support restricted access to data. This can be used in cases where you want to restrict your data feed to public listing data only (so the non-sensitive details that would typically appear on property portals).  Simply go to Base and configure a new restricted key for any 3rd party systems where you want to send limited listing data only.

Base allows you to automate your real estate business with connections to thousands of popular apps via our  Zapier integration .   Now we've added  much-requested property triggers . It will trigger when a new listing is loaded, or an existing one is updated, allowing for a lot of flexibility in building custom workflows. Essentially, allowing you to send your listing data to popular (external) apps. We, however, went the extra mile and created filters for the triggers as shown below. It allows you to filter specific listings, e.g. only for sale or rental, specific agents, price range, property type, etc. If the conditions are met, the trigger will fire and kick off your workflow.  This can even be used to auto-publish your listings to a Facebook or other platform. What is the Base Zapier integration? The Entegral Base system was recently improved with a native Zapier app integration . This allows estate agents to exchange data and create automated workflows with over 2000+ popular apps, including all the leading CRM specific apps.  Why even link a CRM system? Although Base has contact management, contact categories, automatic lead import, and other great CRM features , users sometimes require very specific CRM functions that we don't (yet) cater to. With our Zapier integration , we allow agents to link any popular app with Base. Once linked with your app, you can for instance automatically synchronise your contacts from Base to the external app or vice versa.  The added benefit is that you can create automated workflows and link more apps (e.g. insert contact details into a Mailchimp drip email campaign  and ZOHO CRM at the same time).
