We've increased the image thumbnail preview mode in the document library. This allows better previewing of uploaded images. The OMS document library is split into 3 sections: 1) Personal: only the logged in user has access to their own personal file library. 2) Office:  the whole office has access to this library, only users with administrative access can upload or delete files. 3) Group: all offices and users within a group can access this library, only head office administrators can upload or delete files. Share files There is a lot more to the document library, including the ability to assign fax numbers (allows faxes to be sent straight to your OMS document library) and file sharing: Users can simply select files they want to share: ...and select for how long they want to share these files. The unique links will only be available for download for the specified period. These links are furthermore secured by HTTPS, useful and important if you want to share sensitive information!...

  The OMS allows you to save files for internal use on each property (and also easily share it with people). This can include contracts, faxes or any other property transaction files in PDF,JPG,TIFF,PNG,GIF,DOC,CSV,XLS or TXT format. These files are stored and backed up securely in our cloud infrastructure and is kept on the listing even if it goes into an inactive state such as sold or withdrawn. To upload a file manually to a property listing, simply open it and click on ‘files & links’. Select your file, add a description and make sure the ‘make public’ option is not ticked. (Ticking this will share the file link on your website). Press upload: The file is uploaded and shown in the list. You can upload as many files as you want. You can also link a fax number to this property listing, simply click on fax-to-property to get an instant unique number for this listing. You can now upload larger files in the OMS document & property libraries. Depending on your OMS package, you were limited to between 2 – 20mb maximum file upload sizes for the document library and between 1 – 20mb for the property library. We’ve updated it to a default maximum upload size for all OMS packages as follows: - 20mb max per file in the personal, office or group document library. - 10mb max per file for the property library, where you want to share files publically on the web. - 20mb max per file for the property library, for internal files. Total personal library space for files ranges from 10mb to 200mb per user and for offices from 50mb to 4gb of space included. Now you can share files from your OMS personal or office document library publicly anytime, anywhere, with anyone, they don’t even need to have an OMS account. Simply go into a folder, select a file (or multi-select multiple files with the ctrl key), right-click and select the new ‘Share File(s)’ option as shown below: You will be taken to the next screen where you can select how long you want to share those files including 1 hour, 1 day or 7 days options. This security feature allows you to safely share files with selected people for a certain time period only. Once the time has elapsed, the links you’ve shared will no longer be available to download. The file links can be copied and inserted anywhere you like including email or shared direct in for instance an instant messenger application like Skype. The OMS fax notification message has been enhanced with a link that allows you to open the fax received (personal or office) from your email: We’ve also tested it on popular smartphones and you can open faxes directly from your phone when you click on the link. It provides your office and all your agents with free unique fax numbers that are linked to your office document or personal document library. Faxes received are imported in a fax folder. We’ve substantially increased the storage space in the OMS document library . Agents and Offices using the OMS now have access to twice as much storage space than before at no additional cost. In December 2011 we’ve launched an improved document library for the OMS. It offers a highly secure place to store all your important files online in our advanced cloud infrastructure . The file explorer interface allows you to easily upload or download files, create directories and drag and drop files between directories. Each agent (user) gets his own personal document library and each office has a general document library that is shared between the office users. Photo uploader updated A new version of the photo uploader is now available and will download the next time you try to upload photos. The updated version fixes a few issues reported by some users and should also load faster. Document library fix We had isolated instances of users (where they’ve uploaded a large number of files to the document library) reporting errors. This has been fixed.

We have increased the maximum file size in the OMS Dowload Library to 50MB. The Download Library is currently available to Enterprise Clients and allows sharing of files between offices in a group.

We tweak the user interface of the OMS document library . Users can now double-click a file to start the download, or right-click on the file and select ‘open’. Previously you had to first select the file and then had to right click on the save target as link. The download library is currently available to enterprise clients and allows document sharing. We are investigating to provide a limited size version of this for all clients.

We’ve corrected an issue on the OMS Download Library files download section where Firefox browser users could not download files. The issue is now resolved. The download library module is available to Enterprise clients and allows for document centralisation for all users/offices.
